Jordan Joltes

CEO and Founder

Jordan Joltes is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at TruSummit Solutions. Jordan received her Bachelor’s in Economics from West Virginia University. She founded TruSummit Solutions in 2020 in response to the need for a more comprehensive approach to CRM enablement. Calling on more than a decade of experience in the Pittsburgh tech sector and Salesforce ecosystem, Jordan has established her firm as a top-performing Salesforce implementation partner, helping people and companies leverage the CRM platform as a key component of their digital ecosystem.

Jordan is serving as an active member of the Board of Directors for the Domestic Violence Services of Southwestern Pennsylvania (DVSSP). She hopes to use her professional experience and network to build awareness and support for DVSSP.

Dean Campbell

Chief Operating Officer

Dean Campbell is the Chief Operating Officer at TruSummit Solutions. He brings over 25 years of leadership and consulting experience during which he has built and led high-performing consulting teams focused on CRM and other enterprise software platforms. His passion is helping clients find real value from their IT investments and building the teams to deliver it. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business.

Alejandro Ocasio

Chief Financial Officer

Alejandro Ocasio (AO) is the Chief Financial Officer at TruSummit Solutions. In this role, he oversees IT, Finance, HR, and Administration with a focus on optimizing and automating TruSummit’s internal systems and processes while maintaining the company’s financial health in support of its overall growth objectives. AO has worked in the technology sector and professional services realm for nearly 20 years, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from West Virginia University.

Jacob "Jake" Ward

Vice President of Client Growth

Jacob “Jake” Ward is the Vice President of Client Growth at TruSummit Solutions. He brings over 15 years of sales leadership and go-to-market experience, including more than a decade in the Salesforce ecosystem. Jake is known for his consultative approach, expertise in executive relationship building, and proven ability to drive transformative growth and measurable client impact across a multitude of industries. Prior to joining TruSummit, Jake held leadership roles at Salesforce and Chief Ad Victoriam Solutions, where he built and scaled high-performing teams, drove digital transformation initiatives, and sustained top-tier client satisfaction ratings. 

Todd Tamosiunas

Director of Managed Services

Todd Tamosiunas is the Managed Services Director at
TruSummit Solutions. With over 20 years of professional experience, including
more than 13 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, Todd has consistently
demonstrated excellence in building and leading consulting teams while driving
organizational growth. In his role at TruSummit Solutions, he is committed to
helping clients maximize the long-term value of their solutions beyond initial
implementation, offering a trusted partnership to support continuous innovation
and adaptation as their business needs evolve. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science
in Computer Science and Engineering Technology from the University of Toledo.

Renee DiNardo

Director of Delivery Services

Renee DiNardo is the Director of Delivery Services at TruSummit Solutions. She brings over 25 years of consulting and delivery leadership experience, during which she has successfully led more than 20 full-cycle ERP implementations and transformed sales operations for over 30 global teams through Salesforce. Renee is recognized for her deep platform expertise, commitment to team development, and ability to architect complex, multi-org Salesforce deployments across a range of clouds and industries, including Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and High-Tech. Her passion lies in leveraging Salesforce as a strategic differentiator, accelerating user adoption, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Renee holds a Master of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Point Park University and an English Literature and Business Administration Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Jefferson College.
