Jordan Joltes
CEO and Founder
Jordan Joltes is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at TruSummit Solutions. Jordan received her Bachelor’s in Economics from West Virginia University. She founded TruSummit Solutions in 2020 in response to the need for a more comprehensive approach to CRM enablement. Calling on more than a decade of experience in the Pittsburgh tech sector and Salesforce ecosystem, Jordan has established her firm as a top-performing Salesforce implementation partner, helping people and companies leverage the CRM platform as a key component of their digital ecosystem.
Jordan is serving as an active member of the Board of Directors for the Domestic Violence Services of Southwestern Pennsylvania (DVSSP). She hopes to use her professional experience and network to build awareness and support for DVSSP.
Alejandro Ocasio
VP of Operations and Innovation
Alejandro Ocasio (AO) is the VP of Operations and Innovation at TruSummit Solutions. In this role, AO guides the execution of TruSummit’s business strategy while ensuring the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization. With over 16 years in the technology sector and professional services realm he supports departmental goal setting and prioritizes the advancement of key business objectives. AO has received his Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from West Virginia University.
Bill McKenney
Director of Delivery Services
Bill McKenney serves as the Director of Salesforce Delivery Services at TruSummit Solutions, where he provides leadership to our Delivery team leveraging over 12 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. He holds responsibility for overseeing all aspects of end-to-end service delivery, collaborating with clients to attain business outcomes, and cultivating innovative and high-performing professional teams. Bill has a 25-year career record as a leader, demonstrating a commitment to implementing effective strategies and solutions that drive business value, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients.
Lizette Vazquez
Director of Managed Services
Lizette Vazquez is an example of someone who originally did not start her career in technology but worked hard to learn and become an expert in her field. Her background in IT, public relations, marketing, and sales operations gives her a unique perspective when working with client’s business challenges. With over 17 years’ experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and 7x certified, she is now the Director of Managed Services at TruSummit Solutions. She has worked with a variety of different clients in the manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, hospitality, transportation, financial, medical devices and insurance industries. Lizette is also a member of Latinas in Tech Miami working to bridge the gap between Latina representation in leadership and decision-making positions within the tech industry.
Danielle Nelson
Director, Solutions
Over the course of more than 20 years in technology services and Salesforce, Danielle Nelson has developed a proven track record in process re-engineering, information architecture definition and execution, and technology implementations. She brings her highly developed analytical approach and strong organizational and customer focus to TruSummit Solutions as our Director, Solutions, where she intimately involved in nearly every facet of our engagements, from pre-sales to strategy to solutioning and deployment. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from North Park University.
Becky White
Director of Marketing
Becky White is the Director of Marketing at TruSummit Solutions. With over 20 years of marketing experience spanning both B2C and B2B, she oversees all marketing, communications, and demand generation efforts for TruSummit. She holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Journalism from the University of Pittsburgh. H2P!!
