Truckstop, a leader in transportation technology and freight matching solutions, offers logistics solutions for transportation professionals through load planning, transportation management, real-time rates, and negotiation tools. Additionally, Truckstop operates the largest industry credit reporting entity, helping professionals identify and engage with trusted freight partners. For over 20 years, Truckstop has empowered carriers and brokers to run their businesses successfully and find better ways to move freight. 

Truckstop faced significant challenges stemming from a failed implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud. Key issues included: 

  • A disjointed customer and internal user experience. 
  • Inability to accurately report on recurring revenue, which disrupted the ability to reliably close the books for month-end and year-end reporting. 
  • Severe billing errors that resulted in significant incorrect charges to clients.
