Jake brings over 15 years of sales leadership and go-to-market expertise, including more than a decade in the Salesforce ecosystem. Known for his consultative approach, executive relationship building, and ability to align cross-functional teams, he has consistently driven transformative growth and delivered measurable client impact.

Most recently, as an Enterprise Account Director at Salesforce, Jake acted as a strategic advisor to large enterprise clients—leading complex, high-value sales cycles and partnering with C-level executives to shape digital transformation strategies. He collaborated closely with Salesforce industry and product teams to deliver tailored, ROI-focused solutions that aligned with each client’s business priorities.

Previously, Jake served as Chief Revenue Officer for Ad Victoriam Solutions, a Summit-level Salesforce and MuleSoft consulting partner specializing in multi-cloud implementations and technology optimization. In this role, he built and scaled high-performing sales teams, partnered closely with delivery leadership, strengthened Salesforce partnerships, and helped the company achieve a consistent 99% client satisfaction rating. His career also includes senior business development leadership in the aerospace and defense industries, securing major government and commercial contracts, as well as expanding international market presence.

Jake’s expertise includes leading complex technology initiatives, guiding organizations through digital transformation, and delivering scalable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes across industries including high-tech, manufacturing, communications, healthcare technology, retail and consumer goods, as well as aerospace and government contracting.
