7 July 2023 – PITTSBURGH, PA – TruSummit Solutions, a leading Salesforce implementation and managed services partner, today announced the addition of three new executive team members who will lead the organization’s burgeoning managed services and professional services teams and further capitalize on TruSummit’s explosive year-over-year client and revenue growth.
Bill McKenney joins TruSummit as the Director of Salesforce Professional Services, bringing with him 25 years of experience as a consulting leader. Bill has extensive experience in the Salesforce ecosystem delivering complex implementations to the enterprise and has a history of developing transformative solutions that drive customer success. In his role at TruSummit, Bill ensures client success and delivery quality on all Salesforce implementations. Bill was most recently at Silverline, where he led the Professional Services practice.
Jennifer Moore joins TruSummit as the Director of Managed Services, with a history of delivering significant value for clients through CRM, software consulting, business solutions development, and program management. In her role at TruSummit, Jennifer is overseeing all facets of the managed services team and serving as an executive conduit between TruSummit and its enterprise clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and results. Most recently, Jennifer led Salesforce Managed Services at Silverline.
Becky White joins TruSummit as the Director of Marketing. With 20 years of experience across B2C and B2B marketing, Becky will oversee all marketing, communications, and demand generation efforts for TruSummit. She was most recently at ERPA, an enterprise application implementation and consulting services provider.
The executive appointments mark another milestone for TruSummit, which has more than quadrupled its headcount in the past year while doubling its client roster and revenues, said Jordan Joltes, CEO and Founder of TruSummit Solutions.
